KRUE provides a straightforward return policy through which you can submit a product return/exchange request. Such items can only be returned in their original packaging, unused and sealed. When you submit an exchange or return request, we provide a pick-up service, and your requests will be processed once we receive the items under discussion returned to us in their entirety. Return And Exchange Policy

  1. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return the product and get a full refund. You can exchange or return a product for up to 15 days from the date you received the order.
  2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received. All tags should remain intact, and the product must be in the original packaging.
  3. Once your returned products are received, we will inspect the products to ensure that they are undamaged with tags intact.
  4. If all criteria are met, we will approve your refund and the refund amount will be credited to your Krue wallet. You can redeem it anytime on our website. In case you want the refund to be credited to your credit card or original method of payment, please email us at
  5. If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.
  6. We may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour. The refund will be credited to your Krue wallet within 2-7 working days of your order being returned if all return criteria are met.
  7. For Cash on Delivery Payments, the Amount will be credited only as points in your Krue wallet and can be redeemed anytime.
  8. We reserve the right not to accept the return of products which (i) we believe are being returned after use, washed, or soiled, or (ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you.
