1. Include your order number in the body of the email. The order number can be found on your purchase confirmation or invoice.
2. If you ordered multiple products, let us know which items you wish to return.
3. Our team will send you a confirmation and will initiate a free pickup from your address.
4. Please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received. All tags should remain intact, and the product must be in the original packaging.
5. Once we receive the items, we will send you an email to share your bank account details and will process full refund to your account.  
6. For exchanges, we will send another product to your address.
